If, back in the 1970's, had you  have asked the Oracle of Ottawa if in Ottawa, cleaning up the piss between the Super Slots and the grannies washroom would be a career choice, the Oracle of Ottawa would probably have "clocked" you cold. But, alas, the future has not been kind to Ottawa or the youngsters of today. And will no doubt be won by some buck toothed Chinese peasant from Macau! Who will in turn, due to it being forever and sole sourced, bring his or its own guest workers! This of course was flown by the lads at CUPE 503 and all that was recorded was a vacant glassy far away stare.

Why don't we get a meth lab instead of a casino?

It all boggles the mind of the Oracle of Ottawa, that we can't get our garbage picked up once a week because we can't afford it, and yet we will be able to piss the rent money away at a foreign run gambling house! (24/7) The knuckle dragging burg(h)ers and the local police chief just freak at the idea of a safe injection site, yet see no problem with a casino within walking distance of the Parliament of Canada! Me thinks the prescription career aiding drugs of our swivel servants is starting to affect their judgement?

The major point of all this that really irks the Oracle of Ottawa is that the City of Ottawa is ready to sell it's soul for a mere 5.0 to 7.0% cut of the gross! If you check into it yourself dear reader, you will soon discover that, all in, it is a real rip off of a deal. Just ask anyone from Windsor Ontario! Now if Gentleman Jim the mayor was really clever he would negotiate something less damaging from the Government of Ontario, like an industrial meth lab! We could hide it in the deepest part of the trunk sewers and keep all the money and send the product to China! Now, that's a plan? The money would be way better, and it would all be out of site, and undetectable deep underground. And once the money starts rolling in and no one in Ottawa would have to pay property taxes ever again, and our property values would go up! Seriously, what is the difference? Well?

No doubt these poor exploited honey's will be provided by the soul source contractor also....

You would think that any modern government that brings forth radical legislation, that they truly deem to be of interest to all its citizens, would have no problem debating it in the House of Commons and welcome full and transparent  public consultations. One would think that if it was truly in the best interests of the citizenry, the government of power and of the day  would welcome, nay, even relish defending its merits. Well, give yourself a shake!

China Steve - Who's your daddy?

The reason why ole Steve Harper of the 'Harper Government' puts all the legislation into large omnibus bills and then rams them through the House is done for a very good reason. He is stuck with the biggest group of morons in the history of Canadian politics! With the load of mouth breathing suckers that he is stuck with, it is the last thing in the world that he wants to risk is showing all of Canada what a group of utter morons they have actually elected, and in some areas of Canada, stolen by criminal means. And certain Asian masters are getting very impatient indeed....

Lets look at the hard facts. The Agricultural minister is a total moron. And no, he is not a high school drop out! You have to go to high school to drop out of it! The environment minister has maybe grade six. If any one knows which high schools these actors attended, please update the Wikipedia articles! The Health minister is a total disgrace again without even an undergraduate degree in even a related science to her portfolio! The defense minister, only has the background to be a passable small town real-estate lawyer. The finance minister used to be literally an ambulance chaser! Meanwhile, the chrome dome, prime minister sits to his seat like he is playing Risk in the kitchen....Is this any way to run a first world country?

Watching Question Period and the other business of the House, several things become readily apparent. The whole 'Harper Government' program is starting to take on the aura of a Stalinist five year plan. And the second thing that is becoming alarmingly clear to this citizen, is that the 'Harper Government' is not only compromised, but quite probably owned outright, lock, stock and short hairs by the Peoples Republic China!

Reading even closer between the lines, so to speak, one sees that there is a target group, not an ethnic group, but two social classes, that are earmarked for certain extermination, and they are the middle class and all elements of organized labour. That's the way it looks to this humble blogger, and I am sticking to my story.

It is only a matter of a short time before the Canadian people rise up. And yes, you read that right. There will not be enough cops, soldiers, bullets, tear gas, pepper spray, CCTV, spies and online surveillance to put it down. And that is real ugly if you have ever been anywhere where it has happened. You never forget it, and you will fear anarchy for the rest of your days.

The Oracle of Ottawa warned of this possibility in earlier postings. As I most feared, you can now buy, with cash, and without even identification,(!) a huge array of of so called "long guns". The Oracle of Ottawa is proposing that the so called gun can not be readily identified because it was created out of a cheap and common "long gun" similar to the one pictured above. All you would have to do is saw off the barrel with a hack saw, and shape the nylon stock with a forming file! Of course no two of these home made creations would look the same! And of course you could buy the long magazine for 15 rounds or 20 rounds! And if you are really clever and a Canadian Forces veteran, you could simply duct tape the two mags together and have up to 40 rounds close and handy.

If you wanted to go whole hog you could go on the Internet and find out how to file that little cam down so that the home made hand gun is now automatic! Isn't giving everybody the right to fail great? Now do you think dear reader that we will ever find out the details of the weapon used in this crime? Or have the police powers that be at present are signatories to the 'Harper Government' purity pledge? Like Jimmy Moore was doing with the people at the CBC?

If it is the case that the weapon used in this travesty was home-made from a legally available "long gun" it will be I predict the utter end of the 'Harper Government'. And the immediate resignation of the Public Safety Minister Vic "The Dick" Toews, and his right bower, Rob "The Knob" Nicholson.

Presently faking it through the cabinet post of Minister of Public Safety. If you are frequent viewer of Question Period you know that Vic Toews is no match against Joe Comartin. The sign of a great defense attorney is to be able to get the bad guy to say the truth that he had no intention in his worst nightmare of ever saying out loud. Joe Comartin got the "bad guy" to spill his guts...again...

Joe Comartin: If they are so hell bent on ramming through this bill, will they at least listen to the three provinces that have come forward and said that we are not paying the shot.Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia, are not paying the shot. You pay the shot.

Vic Toews: Well Mr. Speaker I do respect my colleague opposite but I know that he comes from a long distinguished career of defending criminals as a defense criminal lawyer, our perception is a little bit different, our perception is a little bit different... (House Goes NUTS!!)

There is much information contained in every word and movement. After a while you can piece it all together, watching today can tell you what will happen exactly weeks from now!

First of all Peter MacKay better stay away from card games! He is simply not capable of projecting the inscrutable wall. He tells like a bird, without even opening his mouth! Mighty Dave does have it all partly right. Let the Oracle of Ottawa flesh it all out for the dear readers. And it is a grimey, greasy two parter!

Angola Prison

First have you noticed that Cheryl Gallant of Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke just doesn't seem to be angry anymore? She has nothing to be happy about on the surface, she is certified BBFL (Back Bencher For Life..), skipped over for any job of real responsibility and yet she is all serene in the last little while. Why do you think that is? Well in her riding lies Canadian Forces Base Petawawa. It is a small base compared to say CFB Halifax, but it is huge in area. Over 300 sq. km.! Roughly two thirds is bordered by the Ottawa River, the rest is mostly fenced...
 
Now, promise not to tell anybody, it is the real home of  JTF2. It is supposed to be a secret but everyone in Pembroke Ontario will tell you if you ask and wink cute... That base has been there for over 100 years now. The Liberals left it alone since the sight of Airborne and JTF2 should never be seen or heard of in a civil society. And quite right they were about all such things.

In Canada if you catch a sentence greater than ten years, off you will go to the Cheryll Gallant Super Max! It will be the only one in Canada. All the rest will be closed. Tons of savings! And it will make money! All that free slave labor, brilliant or what?

Well, the omnibus crime bill has passed Second Reading, warts, mistakes and all. Joe Comartin continued to speak against all the errors, all by himself, no doubt for the record and for the next election. Jason Kenney, was looking all Washington as he kept spouting about the first hundred days of the Tory administration, and the promise to get this train wreck, piece of shit legislation, down the throats of the House and then down the throats of the Senate. In reality it is all but a done deal.

What Jason Kenney is rushing to fulfill in the "first hundred days" is to many Canadians, with an I.Q. greater than a houseplant, is in reality, the last one hundred days of Canada. Now the Oracle of Ottawa is no legal scholar, but even I could see, in very large print, the future problems that are going to come from this train wreck piece of American cloned shit law! So to are the Conservatives! And much sooner than you or they they think! I will give just one example...

The so called sex-offenders registry, looks like it will name the said offenders in full. The Conservatives were warned about this. But it will all bite home when for some weird reason it gets hung up in the Senate. The PMO will rant and rave. The Senate will not pass it. They will do every thing in their extensive power to stop it. Possibly it will pass. Then when some NDP back bencher in Question Period calls up some mouth breathing Tory back bench hick with the news that his cousin "Wilbur" from Ducks Ass Alberta is on the kiddy diddler list, it will all become quite clear that a mistake was made. It should be a real hoot. Wait for it...

Joe Comartin And The Clear Righteous Fight

You cannot call a piece of legislation a "reform" if it makes things worse. Such is the uphill task of Joe Comartin as he fights against the new insane Conservative "Omnibus Crime Bill". Like an Old Testament Prophet standing on a sand dune, with the poise and calm of an early Christian Saint on prozac, old Joe has been a delight to behold. With impeccable logic and cold mastery of the facts he stands to his place and daily shreds the pathetic excuse of what the Canadian people are stuck with for a Justice Minister in the person of one Rob Nicholson.

California State Prison - Do you want this in Canada?

The funniest part of the debate was when Joe calmly all but called the Minister of Justice a shit lawyer. The hapless and / or stupid Rob didn't even get it, well not until he was long out of the House for the day! One can only surmise that the only reason that Rob is the present Justice Minister is that he was starving as a lawyer!
And being a Queens graduate; well, that ensures membership to the Ivory Tower mafia. The nickels will keep on coming until at least the next election.

Joe continually hammered at some answers for some pretty basic questions. Such as how much do you think this will cost? No answer. The Conservative morons don't have a clue to the increased cost of their folly, all they know is that they are going to get it passed before Jesus comes again and the ambassador from you know where comes calling again for bagels and warm beer. Joe asks if the brainac Minister is aware that the Americans have tried the same thing and that even they could not afford it! (10.8 billion dollars per year in California!! 2008-2009) And are now in the process of repealing the insane legislation! Stony silence, it seems that Conservative Ministers Of Justice don't have to know how to read...

Six tiny plants will get you ten years under the new legislation! You will not need judges at all if this goes through! And we all know how the Tory's hate judges...Since every crime will carry a minimum sentence, circumstance will longer be entertained. If Rob can't make it as a lawyer, sure as hell no one else will! You got to wonder what is the real purpose of this trash bill?

The real purpose of this bill is to smash the social and economic symmetry of the Canadian nation state. It is part of the Tory hidden agenda of the New World Order as layed out in and by the Bilderberg Group directives. The end solution being making the world a level playing field. That is making first world countries eventually the same as third world countries. It is all as simple as that!!

Vic Toews is currently the Minister of Public Safety, in the present Harper government. Today the "Omnibus Crime Bill" has been introduced in the House of Commons. All the cabinet members were therefore out doing the media rounds...Some ministers are better at this then others. Minister Toews caught the CRFA call to spread the word..on Michael Harris Live at about 1:45 - 2:00 p.m.. The Oracle of Ottawa was driving at the time and therefore caught the conversation accidentally.

Elizabeth Fry - "Criminal Lover..."

The bits I caught were about all the "criminal lovers" in Canada. The likes of such nefarious organizations as the Canadian Bar Association and that real evil bunch of criminal lovers the John Howard Society!! Upon regaining control of the car, I pondered how often in the past I have heard a Minister of the Crown besmirch his own professional body. For the life of me I cannot think of another example.

I was somewhat gratified that I was not overreacting to this great piece of disaster legislation. The CBC, the "State Broadcaster" replayed several times a clip of a spokesman from the Elizabeth Fry Society commenting that if these methods of preventing crime worked so well, then the United States Of America should be the safest place on Earth! In fact the United States is listed in The Worlds Most Dangerous Places (Fifth edition!) as one of the 26 most dangerous places on earth. I suppose the present Conservative Government thinks that the Americans are lonely...

Well, we should all be grateful that the Conservative Government of Canada is totally free of bias and is not under the control of any powerful foreign political lobbies... Whew...
