The Oracle of Ottawa has some good news and some bad news. First, the good news; the world that we now live in is not so bad, the bad news is that it is all so much worse than you could possibly imagine. Andrew Feinstein was once an elected MP in the new South Africa, until he ran into the full force of  the shadow world. The Oracle of Ottawa was very fortunate to capture a hard cover first American edition out of a remainder bin for a very good price at his local Chapters store in Ottawa.

The currency of the Shadow World...

The book is very attractively designed, and printed to the highest standards, as is to be expected by Farrar, Straus And Giroux out of New York. It is of a very comfortable octavo size, with the posh, bright clay paper, that gives it that comforting weight in hand . The typographic design is the highest contemporary example of what remains of American craftsmanship.

What immediately engaged the Oracle of Ottawa was not so much all the details of the arms deals, but rather all the dirt and detail on how it is all brought off. How everyone in the decision chain is tracked, filed, cataloged and ultimately corrupted. The Oracle of Ottawa found this very interesting indeed. The Shadow World is a lot like a bag of Frito Lay potato chips, bet you can't read just one page! And that fact that Andrew Feinstein can write like Tom Clancy, and yet relate an even better story that is all true, cited and referenced is to the Oracle of Ottawa one hell of a feat.

Once the Oracle of Ottawa got right into it, a cold realization came upon him. This is not just a book about the shadow world arms trade, it is really an unofficial New World Order playbook! The Oracle of Ottawa was shocked and very appalled  at all the names of the great and good that popped up over and over in the text. Not to give anything away the Oracle will relate a few things that were found most interesting.

page xxviii - how the bank of American Presidents in Washington D.C. was used to send the 9/11 bombers their monthly allowance from a princess in the Royal Saudi family. (9/11 truthers will love this book...)

page 53 - how the Roman Catholic Church through the auspices of the Vatican Bank, accepted cash money, hand delivered by a Saudi Prince to throw an election in Italy.

page 205 - the name of a once very important Canadian MP and figure skater who is up to his neck in the shadow world.

page 223 - why Olaf Palme was really murdered.

page 264 - a most interesting story about Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands otherwise known as the co-founder of the Bilderberg Group! Yes Dear Reader, the shadow world is a strange house of many twisted rooms.

page 283 - the very weird and scary fingerprints of the Carlyle Group in and around the shadow world.

page 505 - how Pat Robertson was a good buddy of a certain third world dictator who lobbied for his interests in America in a hoped for return of a gold mine concession in Liberia! Praise the Lord and pass the ammo!

 All in, the Oracle of Ottawa couldn't put this book down. And it is a keeper at arms length for future reference. It has also occurred to the Oracle of Ottawa that Andrew Feinstein might not only have one hell of a good book, but rather, he may have given birth to a whole new juicy franchise! Could it be that Andrew Feinstein is the founder of the Jane's of New World Order dirt and filth? The Oracle of Ottawa can hardly wait for the next updated installment!  

So What Gun(s) Are You Going To Buy?

Well, my fellow Canadians, the Canadian Federal Election of 2011 is in and done. The Conservatives got a majority of eleven seats, with less than 40% of the popular vote. Steve Harper is like a King David with many sons named Absolam  , most of them living in or near Brampton, Ontario! This means that over 60% of Canadians have to get used to the new Conservative Bund.

We have been told that the long gun registry will be abolished. There has been no statement, to the best of my knowledge, what is going to replace the long gun registry. So in my recent past experience with any type of Conservative, it is best to always go to the worst case scenario first. There will be no replacement of the long gun registry. There will be guns for sale everywhere, for purchase by anybody, for whatever use. Just like the American State of Georgia! Every hardware store and Walmart is like a freakin' armoury! And wait for it...You will hear the argument that guns don't kill people, people kill people!  And the real sweet one, the Right To Bear Arms! More properly known as the Second Amendment...You can also count on every free fart catcher and spin doctor from the National Rifle Association will be made available to the Conservatives as the bill is fought through Parliament.  At the time of the Second Amendment the only firearm in use was the musket, as pictured above. I am sure that the Founding Fathers, in their wildest dreams, never thought that firearms would advance to so lethal a state as today! Compare the musket numbers with the AK-47 numbers...

Now it is really weird that as the Oracle of Ottawa matured in years he has moved farther and farther to the political Left.Why the CBC Vote Compass told me to vote for the Green Party! I was very flattered indeed!
Believe it or not, the Oracle of Ottawa can get Veteran License Plates! But he wouldn't think of doing that, since for all the time he spent in Service he never fired a shot in anger. But while in service I did learn a lot about weapons and fired and carried them around a lot. So if all the protections offered by my government, that is supposed to protect me, are gone, I am ready to fend for myself, and to give some good advice to you.   

FNC1, What the Oracle Learned On, Take The AK-47...

The first thing to always remember is that modern rifles and shotguns of today are very lethal and very dangerous. When I was in the Forces this was very ably demonstrated to us in Basic Training. I had the great good fortune to have Warrant Officer Battiack as our class Leader. When we first went out to the range, he demonstrated the lethal power of the FNC1 on the human body by filing a five gallon plastic institutional bulk food container with water and then replacing the lid and at a distance of 100 metres fired one 7.62mm round into the said container...Guess what happened? The lid rose over twenty feet in the air! There was a small hole at the entry point and a shredded mess at the exit point! This is what one bullet through your body will do. Pleasant thought isn't it? 

Continuing on, I myself would skip the rifle and go right to the shot gun! Much cheaper, way more lethal in close, and just a hell of a lot easier to hit something at the first attempt! I have given this some thought and have made a little shopping list... of three weapons in ascending order of desire...

Ithaca Model 37, Great for the front closet and car...

 My third choice would be the Ithaca Model 37. Just the thing for the front closet in the house! You could also order the auto stand and have it handy at the sofa or in the car. This weapon has been made since 1937! And today the Chinese make them so they should be cheap at Walmart... The shells eject from the bottom, which makes this weapon popular with right and left handed shooters. If you want to see this weapon in use, just get the excellent movie Training Day...

Mossberg 500 Law Combo, My Kitty loves chasing the laser dot!

My second choice is the Mossberg 500 Law Combo! Nothing says lovin' like lead in the oven! This is a 12 gauge monster. But you can settle for the pussy home security model in .410, which still generates more lethal power then a .357 Magnum hand gun! With a little practice you can fire from the hip just holding the pistol grip. Ideal for suburban perimeter defense....

AA-12, What ya really, really want!

 My first choice, the wicked, all stainless steel AA-12, Think of it as the AK-47 of shotguns! It is fully automatic, no select fire, your finger is the select fire! Hot damn! It can only fire 300 rounds a minute. If you need more get the .50 cal machine gun! Allow me to let my little Russian friend to demonstrate.....

You know, it is just great, that the Conservatives are allowing us our new found freedom to be sacred shit-less all the time. Not just at election time...but I got to admit this would be handy on the door steps at canvassing time....
